Sabrina D’Angelo was on the bench for Arsenal for both of their matches this week. The first match was a relatively easy win for Arsenal as they beat Everton 4-1. In an important match in the WSL race for UWCL spots, Arsenal lost to Chelsea 2-0. For Chelsea, Kadeisha Buchanan and Jessie Fleming were subbed on late in the match. In Chelsea’s midweek feature, they beat West Ham 4-0. Both Fleming and Buchanan started that match. Whilst Reading lost, Deanne Rose made her long-awaited return since injuring her Achilles at the beginning of the season. In the Manchester derby—and a vital match in the title and UWCL races—Jayde Riviere’s United side beat Manchester City 2-1. She was an unused substitute.
