Canada played one game this international window, a 1-1 draw against the reigning World Cup champs, Spain.  Marie Alidou, a late call up due to Cloé Lacasse’s injury, scored the goal with an assist from Évelyne Viens. Alidou’s goal was her first for the national team and was the first goal the senior national team has scored against Spain.
