Emma Regan’s new team was announced. Regan will join fellow Canadian Janine Sonis at the newest NWSL team, the Denver Summit. Regan’s contract is through to the 2028 season with an option for 2029.
France – Première Ligue
On Wednesday, Florianne Jourde played 62 minutes for PSG in their 4-0 win over Dijon Foot. Then, on Saturday, Jourde entered in the 83rd minute for her team in their 4-0 win over Le Havre.
In their first game of the week, Ashley Lawrence played the full game for OL Lyonnes in their 1-0 win over Lens. Lawrence then played the final 9 minutes on Sunday in Lyonne’s 0-0 draw with Paris FC.

Marie Levasseur played both full 90s for Montpellier this week, first a 2-1 loss to Strasbourg and then a 1-1 draw with Dijon Foot. Emily Burns was in net for Nantes’s 2-1 win over Paris FC and then kept the clean sheet for Nantes’ second game, a 1-0 win over Saint-Etienne.

England – FA Cup
Shelina Zadorsky remained unavailable for West Ham due to injury; West Ham defeated Newcastle United 3-0. Jade Rose played 56 minutes for Manchester City in their 6-0 win over AFC Bournemouth. Deanne Rose and Nottingham Forest bowed out of the FA Cup after a tough 2-0 loss to Brighton; D. Rose played 78 minutes.

Simi Awujo opened up her professional account, scoring her first goal in Manchester United’s 5-0 win over Burnley FC. Awujo played the full game, and Jayde Riviere was unavailable. Aston Villa’s FA Cup comes to an end, losing 2-0 to Arsenal. For Aston Villa, Sabrina D’Angelo served as backup keeper and for Arsenal, Olivia Smith played 71 minutes.
Italy – Serie A
Evelyne Viens played the full game for Roma, earning the assist on the game winner, in their 2-1 win over Sassuolo. Lysianne Proulx remains unavailable for Juventus. Juventus lost 2-1 to Inter this week.
