Carly Wickenheiser has made the move to the NWSL, signing with the North Carolina Courage through the 2027 season. Wickenheiser previously played for BK Häcken in Sweden.
Italy – Serie A
This week saw the second leg of the quarter-finals of the Coppa Italia Women’s Cup, with both Canadians advancing to the semi-finals. First, Evelyne Viens helped her team to a win over Lazio by scoring two goals in their 3-0 win. Coming off a 2-1 win over S.S.D. Napoli in the first leg, Juventus advance to the semis with another 2-1 win. Proulx was unavailable for Juventus.

In regular season, play, Roma drew Parma Calcio 3-3, and Viens played the full game for Roma, who remain top of the table. Juventus defeated Sassuolo 4-0; Proulx was once again unavailable.
Confederation – Women’s Champion Cup
In the semi-finals of the Women’s Champion Cup, Olivia Smith played 77 minutes for Arsenal, scoring one goal and assisting another in their 6-0 win. Arsenal would win the inaugural trophy by defeating Corinthians 3-2 in overtime. Smith played the first 64 minutes and scored the opening goal.

France – Première Ligue
Montpellier continue to struggle this season, losing 1-0 to Fleury. Marie Levasseur played the full game for her team, who remain in last place in the league. Emily Burns was in net for Nantes in their 2-2 draw with Lens. Ashley Lawrence played the final 25 minutes for OL Lyonnes in their 1-0 win over PSG; Florianne Jourde remained on the bench for PSG.
England – WSL/WSL2
Sabrina D’Angelo was in net for Aston Villa’s 2-1 loss to Everton. Manchester United defeated Liverpool 3-1; Jayde Riviere played 77 minutes, while Simi Awujo was an unused substitute.

West Ham lost 2-1 to Tottenham, and Shelina Zadorsky remained unavailable for West Ham due to injury. Manchester City soundly defeated previous league winners Chelsea 5-1 this week, and Jade Rose played the full game for City.
In the WSL2, Deanne Rose played 73 minutes for Nottingham Forest in their tough 5-1 loss to Birmingham City.
