Confederation – UWCL 

Olivia Smith played 82 minutes for Arsenal and scored one goal in their 4-0 win over Oud-Heverlee. Manchester United also won their UWCL game this week, with a 3-0 win over Atletico Madrid. For United, Jayde Riviere played the full game, and Simi Awujo entered in the 83^rd minute. 

England – WSL/WSL2

Jade Rose played the full game for Manchester City in their 6-0 win over Leicester. Manchester United won 2-1 over London City; Riviere played 71 minutes, and Awujo played the first half. 

Unfortunately, that was it for Canadian action in England this week as Arsenal (Smith), Nottingham Forest (Deanne Rose), and Ipswich Town (Lysianne Proulx) all saw their games postponed due to frozen pitches. Sabrina D’Angelo and Shelina Zadorsky were unavailable for Aston Villa and West Ham, respectively, due to injury. Aston Villa suffered a tough 7-3 loss to Tottenham, and West Ham fell 1-0 to Everton.  

Germany – Frauen-Bundesliga

Vanessa Gilles played the full game for Bayern in their 6-0 win over FC Carl Zeiss. Bayern’s game against Werder Bremen on Monday was postponed due to snow. 

France – Coupe de la Ligue Française 

Both Canadians advance to the Coupe de la Ligue final, which will take place on March 14^th. For OL Lyonnes, Ashley Lawrence played the full game in their 4-0 win over Dijon. For PSG, Florianne Jourde entered in the 77^th minute in their 3-0 win over Paris FC.

Italy – Serie A

Evelyne Viens played the final 8 minutes for Roma in their 2-2 draw with S.S.D. Napoli.
