In a Canadian clash of forwards, Clarissa Larisey’s BK Häcken edged out Evelyne Viens’ Kristianstads 1-0. Larisey played 88 minutes and Viens played the entire match. Vittsjö drew IFK 1-1—Sarah Stratigakis played the entire match, whilst Sura Yekka was an unused substitute off the bench.

In this week’s Challenge Cup matches, Chicago Red Stars lost 2-0 to Racing Louisville. In that match, Bianca St-Georges came on for the second half. OL Reign thumped the San Diego Wave 3-0. Kailen Sheridan was on the bench for the Wave, while Quinn played the full match for the Reign. Jordyn Huitema played 82 minutes for the Reign, setting up one goal and scoring one of her own. In a back-and-forth match between Portland Thorns and Angel City, Christine Sinclair played the entire match and assisted on the game-winning goal, which gave Portland a 3-2 win. Adriana Leon played the first half for the Thorns.
In regular league play, the Thorns continued their winning streak to beat rivals OL Reign 2-0. Sinclair came on in the 67th minute and scored the second goal for Portland. Leon was an unused substitute. For the Reign, Quinn played 57 minutes, whilst Huitema came on in the 57th minute. The Houston Dash also won their match 2-0 over the Orlando Pride. Allysha Chapman and Sophie Schmidt played the entire match for the Dash. Gabrielle Carle started and played the entire match for the Washington Spirit as they drew Racing Louisville 1-1. The North Carolina Courage lost 1-0 to Kansas City. Victoria Pickett came on in the 77th minute for the Courage, whilst Sydney Collins was once again not on the roster. Sheridan earned the clean sheet for the Wave against Gotham FC as the Wave won the match 1-0. Lastly, St-Georges played 80 minutes for Chicago in a 2-1 win over Angel City.
